About

Breda Marron is an award-winning Irish artist based in Drogheda.

She has been practicing as an artist for over twenty years, winning many awards and public & private commissions. As an artist, Breda strives to create pieces of beauty which speak to the quiet part of our being, reconnect us with ourselves and with the sustenance of the world around us.

Breda works in different media, creating drawings, paintings and sculptures which dialogue with each other across space and time.

She has reimagined many of her images as sculptures and installations which draw on the surrounding landscape, continuing the evolution of the piece beyond the walls of the studio. These pieces thus possess a vital energy and life force that enrapture audiences time and again.
